Peptide Tuesday: My Full Stack (What I Take & Why)
My Daily Rituals (aka Witchcraft, but With Science)
Here’s everything I’m currently using to support energy, metabolism, recovery, hormone balance, skin, and aging—inside and out. I don't jump on hype. These are tools that I’ve tested and chosen for specific reasons, and I use them consistently. Let’s break it down.
CJC-1295 (No DAC) + Ipamorelin
5 nights a week, before bed
This is the go-to combo for gently increasing your body’s natural growth hormone. CJC-1295 boosts GH release in response to your natural pulses, while Ipamorelin triggers a clean, strong pulse without side effects like hunger or cortisol spikes.
Why I take it:
Improves deep sleep and recovery
Supports lean muscle preservation
Aids in fat metabolism and joint healing
Helps with skin elasticity and tissue repair
MOTS-c
5mg, twice weekly
MOTS-c is a mitochondrial peptide that helps regulate energy, metabolism, and fat-burning at the cellular level. It's one of the most promising “metabolic resilience” peptides for aging and stress adaptation.
Why I take it:
Boosts mitochondrial function and energy
Improves insulin sensitivity
Enhances fat loss, especially under stress
Supports endurance and metabolic flexibility
NAD+ (AlgoRX)
20mg, 2–3x per week
NAD+ is essential for mitochondrial energy, DNA repair, and cellular detox. Levels decline with age and stress—and GLP-1s may suppress it further—so replenishment is key.
Why I take it:
Improves energy and mental clarity
Enhances cellular repair and detox pathways
Supports longevity and recovery
Pairs synergistically with MOTS-c
SuperMICC (AlgoRX)
Once per week
My current blend includes MIC (Methionine, Inositol, Choline) plus B12, l-carnatine, B1 and B6. It supports fat metabolism through the liver, and helps maintain energy—especially during fat loss or GLP-1 use.
Why I take it:
Mobilizes fat for energy
Enhances liver detox pathways
Provides a B12 boost for energy and mood
Visoluten (Bioregulator Peptide)
Bioregulator peptides help restore function in specific organs. Visoluten targets the eye and retina.
Why I take it:
Supports eye tissue and blood supply
May help with visual acuity, especially with age
Great for screen fatigue and dry eyes
Auro Wellness Glutathione Spray
Transdermal, daily
This is my go-to for antioxidant support without needing IVs or injections. Auro’s sub-nano technology allows glutathione to absorb through the skin.
Why I use it:
Boosts detoxification and immune function
Helps with inflammation and oxidative stress
Supports skin clarity and recovery
GHK-Cu & Snap-8 (Topical from Scantifix)
These are part of my skincare lineup:
GHK-Cu: Stimulates collagen, improves texture, and helps with healing and pigmentation.
Snap-8: A topical peptide that softens expression lines—think of it as “Botox Lite” without freezing your face.
GLOW
GLOW – Daily injection (BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu)
This regenerative peptide blend supports tissue repair, reduces inflammation, and promotes collagen and hair growth. Each peptide works on a different level—BPC-157 for gut and soft tissue, TB-500 for muscle and joint recovery, and GHK-Cu for skin, hair, and cellular signaling.
Why I take it:
Accelerates healing and recovery
Supports healthy skin, hair, and connective tissue
Reduces inflammation and promotes joint resilience
Complements other peptides like CJC/Ipamorelin or GHK-Cu topical
GTR (Gastro Thrive Research) – Daily Capsule
A potent gut-focused blend combining regenerative peptides and anti-inflammatory agents to repair the GI lining, reduce inflammation, and support immune balance. Designed to address leaky gut, food sensitivities, and systemic inflammation at the root.
Why I take it:
Supports gut lining repair and barrier integrity
Reduces inflammation and calms immune overactivation
Promotes tissue regeneration and mucosal healing
Combines synergistic peptides like BPC-157, TB4, GHK-Cu, and KPV
Includes quercetin and sodium bicarbonate for added anti-inflammatory and pH support
Trentinoin (AlgoRx)
A prescription-strength retinoid that boosts cell turnover, fades hyperpigmentation, smooths fine lines, and helps prevent acne. It's one of the most studied and effective topical treatments for skin rejuvenation.
Dental Matrix by Scantifix
A highly targeted peptide-based dental support formula that promotes gum, enamel, and oral tissue health.
Why I use it:
Strengthens teeth and supports gum repair
Helps reduce inflammation in the mouth
A good adjunct to fluoride-free dental care
Hormone Replacement Therapy
Estrogen, Progesterone, Testosterone (personalized dose)
I take a full-spectrum HRT protocol to optimize muscle mass, metabolism, mood, sleep, and libido. Testosterone is often overlooked in women—don’t skip it.
Supplement Stack
Here’s what I’m taking daily or weekly to support all the above:
Core Daily
Authentic Health Multivitamin
High-potency with methylated B vitamins, minerals, and trace elements to support energy, methylation, detox, thyroid, and overall cellular function.
Authentic Health Essential Aminos + Fats
This blend supports inflammation control, hormone synthesis, brain function, and cellular repair. I also take their F3 amino acids daily for extra protein support—especially helpful on lower-calorie or GLP-1 days when hitting protein targets through food gets tricky.
Creatine (Thorne, 5g/day)
Well-researched for preserving lean muscle and improving brain function, especially in midlife. Also supports ATP production and workout recovery.
ARED
A retinal support blend often used for age-related macular degeneration. Contains high-dose antioxidants like lutein, zeaxanthin, zinc, and vitamins C & E to protect against oxidative stress and support long-term eye health.
Nitric Oxide (Berkeley Foundation)
Promotes better circulation and oxygen delivery. Helps with exercise performance, blood pressure regulation, and vascular health.
ResveraCel (Thorne)
A scientifically crafted blend featuring resveratrol and nicotinamide riboside to support mitochondrial health and cellular longevity, while promoting healthy aging and energy production.
Electrolytes (via Biocare shake)
Support hydration, nerve function, and muscle contractions. Crucial when on GLP-1s or during high activity or sauna use.
Probiotics + Digestive Enzymes (via Biocare shake)
Support digestion, nutrient absorption, and gut-brain balance. Helps keep bloating and sluggishness in check.
Ploom Mane-ia
Targeted supplement for hair growth and strength, especially helpful during HRT or rapid weight loss phases when hair shedding can ramp up.
Magnesium – 125mg nightly (with L-theanine + Apigenin)
Supports muscle relaxation, sleep, mood, and nervous system regulation. L-theanine promotes calm; apigenin is a flavonoid shown to aid sleep onset and quality.
Weekly
Vitamin D3 – 50,000 IU (Micro Ingredients)
A high-dose weekly protocol to support immune health, bone density, hormone balance, and mood. Especially critical for women over 40.
Vitamin K2 – 200 mcg (Micro Ingredients)
Helps direct calcium to the bones (not arteries), supports cardiovascular health, and works synergistically with D3.
Monthly
Senolytic (Qualia)
A senolytic blend designed to help clear out senescent (a.k.a. “zombie”) cells—those old, dysfunctional cells that linger and promote inflammation, aging, and disease. I take it monthly to support cellular renewal, longevity, and better tissue function across the board.

Hi there! I’m a 67 year old girl who has started to fall in love with the peptide world.
Currently at home today as I discovered I have COVID. Yeah that’s still a thing I guess.
I really enjoyed reading your daily stack and why.
My question is how in the world do you keep track of everything?
Wow, so helpful. Do you track in a spreadsheet? Take certain things at certain times of day? If you had to pick one peptide for a GLP 1 user who wants to maintain or ideally build muscle what would it be?
